Pedagogical Awareness Workshop
The Journey is a series of pedagogical activities associated with participatory and playful methodologies, which delves deeply into the knowledge of each theme. The methodology stems from a pedagogical and political commitment to the application of knowledge, with teachings and best practices grounded in the studies produced by the educator Azoilda Loretto da Trindade. She developed a pedagogical practice based on methodologies used by African civilizations for the transmission of knowledge. This practice ensures a pedagogical journey with participation, affection, data, concepts, and case studies. All this to allow each participant in this journey to be directly affected by the exchanges, knowledge, and best practices applied throughout the journey.
The Journey includes an introductory activity that serves as the starting point, "1 - Raising Awareness about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Companies," followed by the development of each of the social markers that can impact companies: Gender, Ethnic-Racial Relations, LGBTphobia, and People with Disabilities.
Each activity is estimated to last 1 hour and 30 minutes or 2 hours and includes music, videos, texts, group work, awareness-raising activities, and the exchange of best practices.
