How we operate at events
Production, Operation and Catering
Complete event management, from stakeholder engagement to on-site execution, including RSVP, supplier coordination, audiovisual, transportation, staff, and support for strategic groups. We also integrate the planning and execution of food services—from welcome coffee to dinner—with an Afrocentric curation, prioritizing Black suppliers, quality, presentation, and alignment with the audience profile.
Travel Logistics and Hospitality
We organize airline tickets, hotel reservations with negotiated rates, transfers, reception, and ground transportation for national and international participants. We take care of the entire travel experience from start to finish, including insurance and dedicated support. We also prepare host communities and territories to receive events according to the client's expected standards.
Content Curation and Programming
Development of cultural agendas, technical visits, tours, and educational immersions connected to the objectives of the event. We strategically select restaurants, chefs, artists, and specialists, ensuring coherence and quality. The entire program is built upon Afro-Brazilian values, generating consistent, relevant, and meaningful experiences.
