Raising awareness about Gender Diversity in Companies

Lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, the activity begins with a reflective moment on how our society is permeated by sexist, patriarchal, and misogynistic values that permeate different relationships and create inequalities in corporate spaces. This reflection is developed with pedagogical elements that help in understanding and assessing the scope of the problem and the responsibility of everyone involved. With a playful and participatory approach, the awareness-raising activity stimulates reflection on the importance of commitment and how it can be fostered by startups and companies in their daily operations. Led by a specialist from the Diaspora.Black Network, the activity is a great opportunity to think about and rethink corporate practices within the gender agenda.
