Raising Awareness about Ethnic-Racial Relations in Companies

Lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, the activity addresses important references for understanding how racism is structured in the country and how it is transversal in the lives of all Brazilian citizens and institutions. It explores the most cruel indicators of racial inequality and how cognitive biases lead to the naturalization of this social phenomenon. Using a methodology that allows for a light, playful, serious, and committed approach, the activity deeply engages participants, generating indignation and motivation for reflection to become practical.
