Lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, the activity addresses the importance of addressing and committing to this agenda within companies. Since LGBTphobia is one of the social phenomena that produces distinct inequalities and oppressions, it is necessary to understand what it represents, what aspects of violence affect different groups, and how an agenda can be developed to promote diversity in teams and empower employees, based on greater commitment from startups and corporations.
