The Diaspora.Black Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Seal is a certification that signifies completion of training and commitment to developing the "S" pillar of Social, within the ESG framework. It helps you develop and broaden your perspective on gender, race, ageism, LGBTQIAP phobia, and people with disabilities, offered through two certification options.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The training addresses key diversity markers, such as gender, race, social or physical condition, using a dynamic methodology accessible to all professional levels.

Inclusive Care

The training specializes in Inclusive Customer Service, aimed at qualifying tourism professionals to serve diverse and demanding audiences.

How do I obtain the certificate?

By training at least 70% of your team, your company is eligible to receive our certification.

Each participant receives an individual certificate.

The course is integrated with various LMS platforms. If you prefer, we also offer access on our own platform.
