This 2-hour lecture focuses on understanding what whiteness represents and what privileges are. In a didactic way, the lecture will present how racism affects us all in different ways, some subjected to a set of oppressions and others subjected to a set of privileges. The lecture shows how this structure was formed and how it affects us today. It is an important moment for reflection and understanding of how racism operates in our society.
