The Feira Preta Festival reaches its 22nd edition in 2024 and will take place from May 3rd to 5th in Ibirapuera Park, São Paulo. Under the theme "Happiness is our revolution," it is committed to providing the public with a festival experience that will create and foster collective happiness, celebrate Black identities, and generate prosperity for the Black community.
With each edition, the festival has grown to become the largest festival of black culture and creative economy in Latin America, a place where history and innovation meet, where the past intertwines with the future through a lot of creativity and power.
With over 30 attractions showcasing diverse expressions of Black creativity for all generations, the Feira Preta Festival creates a unique atmosphere for the general public and Black entrepreneurs alike. Various stages and spaces spread across more than 200,000 square meters of Ibirapuera Park offer entertainment that celebrates Black ancestry and the relevance of Black culture to Brazilian identity.
