The Feira Preta Festival reaches its 22nd edition in 2024, taking place between May 3rd and 5th at Parque do Ibirapuera in São Paulo. With the theme "Happiness is our revolution," it is committed to delivering a festival experience that will create and root collective happiness, celebrate Black identities, and generate prosperity for the Black community.
With each edition, the festival has grown to become the largest festival of Black culture and creative economy in Latin America, a place where history and innovation meet, where the past intertwines with the future through great creativity, inventiveness, and power.
With over 30 attractions showcasing diverse expressions of Black creativity for all generations, the Feira Preta Festival creates a unique environment for the general public and Black entrepreneurs alike. Multiple stages and spaces spread across more than 200,000 m² of Ibirapuera Park offer entertainment that celebrates Black ancestry and the relevance of Black culture to Brazilian identity.
